About an existing order
Reply to your order confirmation email. Including the order number gets it matched to your order fastest. Tracking, address corrections, returns, and damaged or incorrect items are all handled that way.
What to include
- Your order number, from the confirmation email
- The product name and option (color, spacing or length)
- For damaged or incorrect items, photos of the product and the packaging
- For address changes, the full corrected address
Before you order
Most product questions come down to three things: bulb size (C9 or C7), socket or bulb spacing, and run length. Each product page lists those specs, and the FAQ covers how to work out quantities for a roofline.
